Stark Expo is NIRMIT's premier technical poster exhibition focused on the theme 'The AI Revolution: From Assistants to Autonomous Systems — Opportunities, Challenges, & Innovation', where students present research papers, system architecture breakdowns, ethical frameworks, and emerging AI concepts.

Shortlisted teams present their digital technical poster on presentation screens in the Academic Block Hallway. No physical printed poster is required — participants only need to bring/submit a high-resolution PDF or JPEG file. Each team gets 5 minutes to present their research on screen followed by 3 minutes of jury Q&A.

COMPREHENSIVE RULES & ELIGIBILITY DIRECTIVES

  • NO PHYSICAL PRINTED POSTER REQUIRED. Participants present their poster digitally on display screens.
  • Participants must bring/submit their poster in high-resolution PDF or JPEG file format.
  • Posters must be themed around 'The AI Revolution: From Assistants to Autonomous Systems — Opportunities, Challenges, & Innovation'.
  • Poster content must be original and based on the confirmed competition topic.
  • Each team receives 5 minutes for screen pitch presentation followed by 3 minutes of jury Q&A.
  • Plagiarized content or unapproved presentation files result in disqualification.
  • 🚫 Cross-College Teams Prohibited: Cross-college or non-college teams are strictly prohibited. All members of a team MUST belong to the exact same college/institute. Cross-college or non-college teams will face immediate disqualification and elimination.
  • 🏫 Multiple Teams Allowed: Each college or institute is permitted to enter multiple separate teams for this event.
  • 🆔 Mandatory Identity & Approval Documents: All team members must carry a valid physical College Student ID Card, Government Photo ID (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport), and an official Approval Letter / NOC from their respective college authority for campus gate entry and verification.
  • Strict adherence to allocated stage/presentation timings. Overtime performance will incur point penalties.
  • Decisions rendered by the official NIRMIT 2.0 evaluation jury panel are absolute, final, and non-negotiable.
