THEME: “DREAM SUPERHERO” — Apna Sapno Ka Superhero The Face Painting Competition invites college students to create and present their own original superhero concept based on their imagination and personal interpretation of a “Dream Superhero”. Official Rulebook Guidelines: • Create an original superhero concept based on team imagination. Existing/commercial superheroes (Superman, Spider-Man, Iron Man, etc.) are strictly NOT allowed. • Mobile phones may be used during the competition for reference images and inspiration (reference use must not replace original superhero creation). • The face is the primary canvas; painting may extend to the neck, but NOT below the neck. • Participants must bring their own skin-safe cosmetic-grade or water-activated face paints, brushes, sponges, palettes, personal towels, and safe glitter/gems. Oil pastels, permanent markers, and sketch pens are prohibited. • Organizers provide a main mirror, water, wipes, and moisturizer. • Team composition: Exactly 2 students (1 Painter/Artist + 1 Model) from the exact same college.

Duos report at 9:00 AM for check-in and cosmetic paint safety verification. Competition runs from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (2-hour live painting window). Mobile phones permitted for reference. Models present artwork on stage before designated judges.

• Each team must consist of exactly 2 students (1 Painter/Artist + 1 Model) from the same college.
• Theme is 'Dream Superhero' — Apna Sapno Ka Superhero. Artwork must feature an original superhero concept created by the team. Copying existing commercial superheroes (Superman, Spider-Man, Iron Man, etc.) will result in disqualification.
• Mobile phones may be used during the competition for reference images, but cannot replace original concept creation.
• Painting area is strictly restricted to face and neck only. Painting below the neck is not permitted.
• Participants must bring certified skin-safe/cosmetic-grade face paints, brushes, sponges, palettes, and personal towels. Oil pastels, permanent markers, sketch pens, sharp objects, and harmful chemicals are strictly prohibited.
• Organizers will provide a main mirror, water, wipes, and moisturizer at venue workstations.
• 🚫 Cross-College Teams Prohibited: Cross-college or non-college teams are strictly prohibited. All members of a team MUST belong to the exact same college/institute. Cross-college or non-college teams will face immediate disqualification and elimination.
• 🏫 Multiple Teams Allowed: Each college or institute is permitted to enter multiple separate teams for this event.
• 🆔 Mandatory Identity & Approval Documents: All team members must carry a valid physical College Student ID Card, Government Photo ID (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport), and an official Approval Letter / NOC from their respective college authority for campus gate entry and verification.
• Strict adherence to allocated stage/presentation timings. Overtime performance will incur point penalties.
• Decisions rendered by the official NIRMIT 2.0 evaluation jury panel are absolute, final, and non-negotiable.
